Preparation: How To Consume Chaga
Decoction :
Bring to a boil, 2 Tbsp of mushroom in one litre of water, turn to low and simmer this concoction for at least 20-30 minutes, up to several hours. The same mushrooms can be brewed over and over again until you see there is no more colour being extracted. Large quantities can be made and stored in the fridge to be used as needed. Feel free to combine other herbs that also require decoction!
By far the yummiest way to enjoy Chaga (that guarantees you will be taking your medicine) is the following:
📖☕Recipe (Serves 4)🍄📖
In a blender combine the following Ingredients:
▶️ 1 litre of steaming hot Chaga tea
▶️ 8 tbsp of Cacao Paste
▶️ 1 tbsp Lucuma Powder
▶️ 1/2 tsp of a high quality salt
Optional: Add in Raw Honey ( The Mayans Drank Their Chocolate Bitter!)
Blend for a moment until the mixture archieves a foaming consistency!
