As I was a basket case of emotions this week, I decided it was time to take action. I just happen to be blessed to work in an inspiring kitchen surrounded by superfoods and chocolate, so really I had no excuse.
Working with our stone ground chocolate as a base, I began adding herbs and superfoods that work with the body to balance hormones and help ease the uncomfortable symptoms I experience every month. Adding rose, schizandra, and @harmonic_arts Divine Feminine blend, I created a DIVINE rose chocolate fudge worthy of the most intense chocolate moon-time craving! 🌹 🌙✨
Many women experience an array of challenging symptoms each month, including irregularity, painful bloating, and often extreme mood swings and depression. I am one of those woman. Luckily, there are simple and delicious ways to begin to get your body and mind back on track and come to appreciate your Moon time as the blessing it is, and not the curse it can often feel like.
