Whether you are the host or guest, I recommend trying these superfood additions to keep your energy & immunity up and your stress levels down.

#01 Egg Nog
Add Pine Pollen and or Medicinal Mushrooms!
Pine Pollen is nutritive and invigorating and will help give you stamina. An abundant source of vitamins, minerals, and other phytonutrients but also contains high amounts of testosterone.
Yes, pine pollen is a strength builder, aphrodisiac and will support you nutritionally but it can also give you that extra drive to get done what you need to get done this busy holiday season!
Add 1tsp per serving for a nice festive, forest flavour addition.

#02 Mulled Cider
Whether sweet or hard you can add in Astragalus, Reishi slices and/or Rose hips to amp up this favourite seasonal brew.
Bring in the taste and nourishment of the wild with some delicious vitamin C-rich rose hips as a perfect compliment to all the mulling spices.
The Reishi & Astragalus slices will keep your immune system high and stress levels down and can be added to the mull or brew as their own tea ahead of time and combine with the mulled cider.

#03 Hot Chocolate
Whether you are enjoying classic hot cocoa or white hot chocolate, medicinal mushrooms are the way to go!
For white chocolate use Lion’s Mane for the best results as far as colour and flavour and try Chaga for a dark cocoa.
Medicinal Mushrooms will provide you and your family with all the health and immune support by adding in just a 1/4tsp per serving.
And I bet unless you tell them, no one will ever know, as the flavour is not too strong and is in fact complimentary to chocolate.
