“In an area of southern China, people are living well past 100 years old. This is what they have in common…
.
For centuries they have been foraging local forests for Gynostemma and drinking it as a tea, a few times a day. 🍵

The result? These isolated people have better health than people anywhere else in China!

🍵 How to Brew Gynostemma 🍵
.
Boil 2 cups of water and pour over 1-2 tbsp of gynostemma tea in a mug. Steep for 30 seconds to 15 minutes. Experiment with steeping times to find your favourite flavour infusion!
.
Sweet compounds come out the more tea leaves you use. The longer you steep, the less sweetness you will taste.
.
